We're all about efficiency and maximizing your time! Using our state-of-the-art technology, we'll conduct an initial wellness eval to get a good baseline assesment. This let's us get "the inside scoop" on how your body's working, and we'll use that information to custom craft a personal or private training routine that's 100% designed for your body!

Repeat evals are conducted monthly, allowing us to see the statistical growth + improvement you're making. Using our "Microscopic Principles" Approach, we'll re-evaluate your health and fitness goals, and adjust your routine for total efficiency and maximization!



What Happens in an Eval:

  • Initial Snapshots (for Before/After purposes)
  • Height + Current Weight Measurements
  • Heart Rate Monitoring
  • Determine your BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Body Fat % and Lean Body Mass
  • Body Scan - assesses 21 different measurements across the body & determines waist-to-hip ratio and Basal Metabolic Rate
