Standard Personal Training

Staying healthy and fit, that's hard. We get it, which is why our Standard Personal Training is the perfect opportunity to help guide you through the ups, downs, twists and turns of keeping your body performing at its best.

Whether you've been working out a gym on your own, or you're brand new to working out altogether, participating in our studio's signature (Standard) Personal Training is exactly what can help keep you on track, without overwhelming you!

Group Fitness Training

4-6 Per Group •45 MINUTES • $60/4 Sessions | $120/8 sessions | $159 UNLIMITED

Our Group Fitness Trainings always consist of 4-6 individuals who share similar health + fitness goals. Everyone benefits from the support + encouragement of a group atmosphere but still gets that individual attention from a personal trainer.
