I became a trainer for my boys. Having three awesome and active boys gives me so much drive to be the best that I can be. I’m striving to lead a healthy and balanced life through fitness and nutrition and I’ve grown up playing sports and working out in the gym most of my teen and adult life.
However, the struggle became very real when I had to juggle family life, work, and maintain a healthy body.
After taking about 8 years off from my engineering career, I found a need to not only be able to keep my own self in shape but more importantly to lead others to be able to do the same.
I completed my Master Level Training through LifeTime Fitness Academy and I am NASM certified in Personal Training, with specialties in Corrective Exercise, Sports Performance and Behavioral Change.
My main focus is on individuals and small groups, in which I help to balance goal setting, personal time, time with family & friends, and create the importance to invest in one self, all while building confidence and strength.
